The AGM StingIR thermal imaging monocular is equipped with a high sensitivity 12µm thermal detector with either 384×288 or 640×480 resolution. Even in total darkness, the thermal images are clearly displayed on the 1024x768 OLED display.
StingIR is a full-featured thermal imaging monocular, but weighs less than 7 oz. (200 g) and fits easily in the palm of your hand. It can also be mounted on a head harness or helmet for hands-free operation.
Features include digital zoom, digital compass, inclinometer, picture-in-picture, and video output (via USB). Depending on the battery used, StingIR can be used in continuous operation for up to 5 hours. It has an ingress protection rating of IP67 and comes with a limited 3-year warranty.
